I've taken the plunge too.
Apart from a couple of graphic glitches with the genie effect, it seems
okay. I can see the notification centre killing off growl.
The main niggle I've found so far is with the new notes app; it allows you
sync with iCloud, but the iCloud sync in the corresponding notes app on iOS5
requires you to set up a MobileMe account! I assume that this will be fixed
in iOS6, but it's surprising that Apple has let this happen.
