[OSX-Users] forwarding entire threads from apple Mail?

Seems that you have to first expand the thread (the icon with the number and the right arrow).  (I didn't even realise you could do this until just now.)  Then select all of the messages from the message list within that thread (or select one of them and press shift-cmd-K).

Note that it doesn't put a subject for you.  I assume this is because the subject of the individual messages in the thread can be different.

The result is as below…
