[OSX-Users] Alfred -- like Spotlight search, but better

I've just discovered "Alfred".

It's a replacement for Spotlight, driven by Alt-Space instead of 
Cmd-Space, and it's really rather good and faster than Spotlight. And 
you can do far more from it in the way of searching for stuff, very 
easily and very quickly.
