I think I set it up that way a couple of years ago when I was having some connection problems of my own. Can't remember the cause at the time, but wanted to force 465 to see if that made any difference.

Actually, the guy who was head of the IT services department over their was allegedly ex-miltary, which might explain some of their policies. Having said that, I usually found them quite amenable when I needed something done and asked nicely.
