[OSX-Users] smtp.ecs - not working from other unis

sometimes
like now from Bournemouth
the smtp.ecs to send email seems to fail

I'll try changing port to 25 or 2525 from 993
doesn't help

and then later it will just work

any idea on how to get success at these stall moments?

also the VPN would not connect so not an option
