Cool.
That might be part of the problem I have where it spends ages (30 secs+) doing stuff - I thought it was paging, which is what the menu meter says and it might be - it is I guess pretty likely to be messing around with a memory management problem.
But who knows - it is all magic in any case.

Yeah - it was really great to exchange emails about my Mail bug - they asked for further details, and have kept me informed.
It encouraged me to work quite hard to help them.
Stunning service when they must be getting reports by the thousands about the same bugs - maybe it's a bot designed to make me feel good :-)
