During testing. We tried to write a client to test all the SSIDs however the controller timeouts would mean that you can't simply hop between them. 

Turning the timeouts off (to 0) would be one solution, however then the authentication servers can be spammed and DDOS'd, so we considered it a bad idea.

We assumed that people would not want to switch as both are set up to provide the same level of service.

Not sure on this ECS-WLAN issue yet, however are investigating.
