I don't believe so, no.
Considering a licence for Windows Server would cost you something in the
thousands if it weren't for our volume licences and nice educational
deals, I think you're getting off very cheap.
Don't forget that retail Lion costs £20.99. Windows 7 retail costs about
£200.
And the server version has another 0 on the end and doesn't come with
any of the products included with Lion Server, which Microsoft make you
spend many more 000s on.
£55.98 for a server box of anything sounds a very very good deal to me. :-)
