You can buy one from any account, not just s/r.

No, you cannot get the Air as your "primary" computer. That status is
usually reserved for the user's desktop machine, if they have one. If
they don't have a desktop system at all, then we nominate one of their
laptops (usually the one they use the most) as their "primary" computer.
iSolutions will only help fund replacements of the "primary" computer.
Everything else you buy yourself.
But if it comes from Apple, Viglen or Dell, you can buy what you like.
