That is a truly ridiculous statement. If A takes B's open project and 
insists on redistributing it only under restricted terms, to which B 
objects, A is at fault when A solves this by stopping distribution.

Open Source is fundamentally incompatable with a closed platform, 
because it breaks the ability for a user to modify, recompile, and run 
their dervied version.
