They're not laser-powered as yet, and the official line is that this is 
to allow for power to be provided over the bus. The 10Gbps transfer rate 
sounds pretty sweet, as someone who is always swearing at disks for not 
being fast enough. Final Cut on a quad-core laptop with a 10 gigabit 
disk link? Sounds like a very cool proposition.

Two minor disappointments, though:
1) Why did they give the 13" MBP something so nice as an i5/i7 and 
something so crap as a 1280x800 screen? The 13" MBA has a 1440x900!
2) Shame the rumour of a 16GB SSD for storing OS X on didn't pan out.

Other than those points, solid update. Not that I'd have scoffed at a 
£250 price drop across the line, but you can't have everything...
