Suggest you try reinstalling Lion if you're getting problems like Safari
keeling over talking to bugreporter. Boot from your Recovery partition
and re-install Mac OS X. It doesn't wipe any of your files or settings
or apps, it just replaces the OS, which you can then re-upgrade to 10.7.1.
Advise doing it from campus if you can, it re-downloads Lion
automatically which may take a while over your home broadband. I had to
do it myself earlier today. Slow but totally painless.
