[OSX-Users] new Airs and privacy screens: not great

So, the new airs - let me be specific - the new 11's - do not seem to work with any of the two variants of the 3m privacy screens.

(use these a lot in conferences and in planes - some contracts require it now, too, for best practice)

Alas, when in use, it's as if the louvers in the screen become apparent, so not sure what's changed about the plastic film on these new models - 2nd gen air no problem. 

intriguingly a slight rotation of the p.screen (about 20 degrees) rectifies the problem but of course compromises the effectiveness of it. 


the problem also disappears when the screen is held about half inch away from the screen, but that's not particularly practical.

have not seen anything from other manufacturers that vows to work with the new airs.
