[OSX-Users] Office 11 vs Mail fonts

Immediately after I installed Office2011, two things happened to my Apple Mail:
(a) it lost my password for my ECS account and it had to be re-entered
(b) the very next email that delivered looked like this:

I thought that was bizarre, but probably a one-off until I saw an email from Amazon looking like this:

WTF? I think it's screwed my fonts! Except that when I open the email source, copy and paste the HTML mime payload into a separate file and open it in a browser (Opera or Firefox) - it appears fine!

Any ideas????
