This does allow you to select everything, unfortunately you can't invoke
"copy" on anything. You can drag and drop, but only a single event. And
importing doesn't seem to allow you to control which calendar you are
importing to. (At least, it won't go into my Exchange folder.)

I'm going mad here - it must be possible to get my diary onto the exchange
server without dragging every single appointment one by one. Can anyone
help?
