[OSX-Users] outlook 2011

I exported my iCal calendars and then imported them into Outlook. Now I have
been put on an exchange server, I need to move all the appointments into the
echange account. How do I do that? Sync Services? Export/Import?

Also, I'm not having much luck configuring my iPhone for Exchange. It's not
validating the account details!
