Nope, drag 'n' drop :-)
By the way, one little facility that can be useful is to realise that the
icon in the title bar for things like Preview is live, and so an open window
of an image can be dragged onto the ppt or whatever window, instead of copy
and paste.
Works a treat in Terminal to cd to an open Finder window.
The only apps I know of that has an icon in the title bar that is not live
are Entourage mail messages and Excel sheets (Powerpoint icon is, and so can
be used to move the document around).
