Agreed, I think Chris, for the moment it's just that new iPhone/OS is prompting more discussion, no doubt when 10.7 comes out etc etc we'll have more OS X topics to discuss.

Personally, I'd like an ECS OS X/iPhone Dev mailing list too, as I'm not really sure how many of us "users" are also developers, and I often don't post questions for fear of being off-topic. Instead I post questions into the abyss of Cocoa-Dev, which has crazy amount of traffic.
