I can highly recommend that any OS X developers among our OS X users watch the Developer Tools State of the Union, which is session 300. It's a presentation of the top 8 new features in Xcode 4. Looks amazing so far, and I'm only on #4 (deep Git support). 

I don't suppose any ECS people went to WWDC or has access to the Xcode 4 preview?
