[OSX-Users] Iphone Roaming costs - misusing list

Sorry, not OSX again.

I just has a couple of large bills for EU- and non-EU browse and download.
This puzzled me, as I don't normally switch data-roaming on.

I think I may have got to the bottom of this.

As well as Data Roaming (in the General settings), there is a Cellular Data
off/on.
Technically when you get something from the carrier in the UK, it is not
Roaming.
Some apps (eg Facebook) have Push switched on by default, and so O2 is
sending me data.
So I need to switch of Cellular Data as well.

It may be that this is a new behaviour in OS 4.0, which I have been running
for a while now.
So:
A) Be careful;
B) Anyone shed any more light on this (before it costs me even more next
week!)
