[OSX-Users] Apple HE store / vpn access?

Morning everyone!

Quick question, does anyone have issues accessing Apple's HE store at http://apple.procureweb.ac.uk when connected to the ECS network through a vpn? 

On Snow Leopard, If I connect to ECS's VPN with the "Send all traffic over connection" (from Advanced vpn settings) unchecked, then, when I access the site I get the "you have to be on your institution's network" message. If I check that box in the settings, then the site just doesn't respond at all.... which, is I guess just as bad.

I've not got any proxies set or anything, and the vpn gives me a 152.78.** ip address, so... before I investigate further, just wondering if this is a known issue? I'm sure it used to work....
