Regarding ChronoSync, here is what I am able to synchronise with it:
- Folders like 'Documents' and 'Downloads'
- Safari bookmarks folder
- 1Password keychain file (this needs to be in 'agile keychain' format)
- My 'Papers' folder from Papers app - this seems to be working pretty well.
Of course it works over the vpn and you can set it to perform hourly/daily/weekly syncs.
