Actually I use a combination of Weave, and Mobile Me, and git.

Mobile Me + Backup.app* is a good combination, and Weave sorts out
things like website keys and passwords.

Git I'm still on the fence about, It's marginally terrifying, and I
sometimes have to get people to untangle messes I got into.

* I suspect that Backup.app might be based on rsync, but I've not
bothered to look. It's great, and it's free, I don't know why Apple
don't promote it more heavily.
