[OSX-Users] 32-bit / 64-bit Snow Leopard kernel selector

To save you having to hold down magic key combinations to try booting 
your Snow Leopard Mac into 64-bit mode, and to make it remember the 
setting if you want to keep it, there is a very handy little app which 
tells you whether your machine is capable of it or not (not all Macs are 
capable), and changes the setting permanently so it reboots in 64-bit or 
32-bit mode by default.
