[OSX-Users] Virus checking for OSX?

What's the standard way of checking for viruses on OSX?

I've got Sophos only it's always been a bit retarded. Now it keeps 
finding potential files in it's own quarantine area. And it's a pain to 
get it to update. And it won't tell me anything useful about the files 
it's finding.

Any better choices?
