I've upgraded laptops at the same time, but even so I haven't noticed  
much change.

I am having an odd problem with Firefox though - it seems to stutter  
or pause every few seconds (most noticeable when watching video, but  
its also true for things like typing in forms and other interactions).  
Safari is fine.

Its quite disconcerting if you click on a link and there is a 1 second  
pause before anything happens. Anyone else seen this?
