No, but I can tell people to avoid Pipex, which is now Tiscali, which is 
now TalkTalk. Aside from the "standard" incompetence, my *best* speed is 
1.5Mbps, out of a theoretical 8. Worst bit is all the dropouts, though.

And to think 56Kbps down used to be quite adaquate!
