Yeah, I never turn on data roaming when abroad; this is how they make
their money from you.

And yes, serviceline at soton.ac.uk is how iSolutions work, no more 'open
door' sysprog support, it's all behind the helpdesk interface.

However I can raise the issue as School account manager...
