Can grab the MP4 version, rather than the FLV---I think that's the "HQ" 
version. Doesn't appear capable of getting the laughably so-called "HD" 
version, for the 0.1% of YouTube videos that have such a thing.

Their URL "parser" appears to be a regexp, so if you include a parameter 
other than just "v", it gets all confused. Bless.

I've seen a Firefox extension which can do it one click, but that was 
FLV (low quality) only.
