[MindsCDT-students] Changes to rules in MINDS CDT Lab

Hi folks,

We have some changes to the rules in working at the CDT Lab. I have given Emma the full risk assessment, but here is a summary of the rules:
 - continue to use a face covering when moving around indoors
 - continue to use saliva testing programme each week when you’re working on campus
 - do not attend if you have symptoms and report positive test results to Emma
 - continue to use the booking system on Teams to enable us to do contact tracing
 - no more than 3 people at a time in the CDT meeting room, maximising distance between each person
 - when the CDT meeting room is being used by more than one person, the window should be open for ventilation
 - the kitchen on the first floor may now be used, but only by one person at a time
 - there is a water heater in the CDT lab (currently in a cupboard), but this cannot be used until it has been safety tested (Emma will advise when this is done)
 - avoid sharing cutlery or crockery without thorough washing
 - there are no restrictions to working hours, but the lone working rules remain so if you are thinking of working late it would be best to “buddy” up
 - guidance on use of toilets has changed to “use for minimum amount of time (15 minutes maximum)”

I am awaiting advice on capacity in the lab, because this is determined by a ventilation assessment that needs to be done. We will put together a plan for desks, etc. in the lab to accommodate the new cohort as soon as possible.

Emma: the students in the new cohort will have to complete the ‘Fire Course’ and ‘Interim Fire Warden Course’.
