Following up on the discussions around training and support with IRIDIS5, the Alpha Cluster, etc. I passed on your questions to the IRIDIS team.

They have set up a dedicate MS Team for support and engagement, which you can join, and they have regular drop-in sessions on Thursdays at 11am:
