One key aim is to train the next generation of highly skilled TAS researchers, designers and engineers.  We are setting up a Doctoral Training Network for PhD students whose research projects focus on any relevant topics related to autonomous systems.  The DTN will offer seminars, a summer school and student conference, as well as opportunities to engage with TAS academics and industry partners.
