Meeting sounds good. I am in Southampton until mid next week. After
that, I have some coursework due in on the first couple of days in the
coming term, but I should be free to meet from the 22nd (Wednesday).

Would it be good to invite some people from Comms?

As for event maps, doing something simple should be easy. There is also
uMap [1], which is quite user friendly. It really depends on what the
requirements are (which probably means meeting with Comms).
