[maps.soton] Hampshire Aerial Imagery

Just seen Jason's presentation at Maptime, and it looks like he may have
some useful infrastructure at the University for the Hampshire aerial
imagery. I know that Chris Gutteridge is interested in seeing this on
maps.southampton.ac.uk.

I have been trying to encourage use of the maps.soton mailing list [1],
so I am directing this email at that.
