[maps.soton] Getting site 2 (Boldrewood Campus) on the map

Currently, some of the new buildings in site 2 [1] do not appear on the
map [2]. I added these to OSM on Wednesday [3], so they should have now
propagated through to the tiles from kanga-cb15g11.ecs.soton.ac.uk.

I have not actually checked this, as it would require either fighting
with the ECS VPN/firewalls, or physically going to campus.

Anyway, they will probably appear if the cache is flushed on bus.soton.
If they do not, that is probably a problem with kanga-cb15g11.
