[maps.soton] Updates

I have made some updates to map.soton/leaflet-soton.

 - Small tweak to room marker positions
 - Remove room prefix from the room markers
 - Add rooms only found in OSM to the list of rooms in a building
 - Sort building rooms by URI
 - Swap round the link to URI and locate functionality
 - Fix mfds and vending machines from showing up in "Floor Unknown"
   when there floor is known
 - Fix missing options in showFeaturePopup
 - Fix how renderThingSet gets the location of a thing
 - Fix storage timeout
 - Change storage timeout to 2 days (from 7)
 - Room colour from white to light blue (Requested by cjg)

Most of these affect the building popup, and there is one change to the
create-data.js script (3rd from the top).
