[maps.soton] Updates (and bus routes stuff)

I have now made some updates (see [1]).

In summary:
 - This includes all the changes that Chris Gutteridge made last week
 - Updated leaflet-soton
   - Tweak the data fetch timeout, and delay
 - Improved the About Modal
   - Removed the libraries section
   - Simplified the data section
   - Added a contributors section

Also, I have begun integrating some bus routes stuff. I previously wrote
an example for leaflet-soton [2], that displayed the bus routes. I have
adapted the code for that and added another sidebar. You can see this
branch here [3].

I am unsure if the busroutes branch is ready to be published, it is not
very polished, and I think there is a problem with using the bus routes
in the standard Android browser, as the clickable area expands when you
select a route (what percentage of users this would affect is unclear to
me).

The bus related data it presents could also do with some checking, I
have found some bus stops with names that differ from bus.soton, and I
have still not figured out quite how to display the U1C routes.
Currently it just displays the longest route (U1C from Eastleigh),
mostly because this seemed _least_ wrong to me, but this differs from
everything else.
