Hi all

Here a further (non-official) update about the Swiss Elsevier
      R&P Agreement: https://oa-monitoring.ch/post/update_swiss_elsevier_agreement_june_2021/

In short:

The quota of included OA publications for 2020 is now 77%
        exhausted

61% of all publications of the participating institutions
published so far in 2021 are freely accessible (33% via Swiss
Agreement, 28% via other means (author payment, other
        Agreements, Bronze OA, Green OA).

39% remain Closed Access.

Swiss institutions pay twice as much per publication as the
        Dutch.

I also have extended my monitoring approach regarding Elsevier to
the countries Austria, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Netherlands,
      Norway, Poland and Sweden:
      https://oa-monitoring.ch/elsevier_monitor/. I am very interested
in any feedback to validate and improve the monitoring.

It is really helpful that many R&P agreements are now
      registered and available via ESAC.
I would like to call on the community to go one step further and
also share the reports received from the publishers on the
publications included in agreements available as Open Data, like
      on https://treemaps.intact-project.org/

Best regards
