<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">IReL is a licensing consortium of nine participating Irish publicly-funded higher education institutions. This deal allows Irish researchers access to Taylor & Francis Group journals as well as the option
to publish in around 2,000 titles without paying article publishing fees. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
