Likewise, I cannot see how OpenAPC or open contracts are going to help victims of predatory publishing. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:trebuchet ms,sans-serif;font-size:small;color:#000000"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:trebuchet ms,sans-serif;font-size:small;color:#000000">2. I find it odd that you should respond by saying that there is no evidence that the problem is increasing. Is it not enough that there are victims and that no one seems willing to help them?</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:trebuchet ms,sans-serif;font-size:small;color:#000000"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:trebuchet ms,sans-serif;font-size:small;color:#000000">3. In my post, I say exactly what I mean when I use the term predatory publisher.
