we have been working intensively on the analysis of offsetting
data during the
last days. Thanks to Austrian Academic Library Consortium
(KEMÖ), the Max
Planck Digital Library, VSNU / UKB Netherlands, the Swedish
Bibsam consortium
and JISC Collections, we were able to analyze data from 2015
to 2018 of
existing Springer Compact agreements.</span></p></div></blockquote><div><br>Thank you very much for this analysis.<br> <br></div><div>One of the problems of hybrid Open Access is discovering it. I would like to find all the Open Access that a publisher creates by asking a single question and then decide what I want my machines to read.
