<div>Many in the schol comm community have been victims of this harassment. As both PKP and this person use the name Open Journal System, it’s easy to mistakenly tag this person when you mean to mention PKP in your tweets, or even to inadvertently recommend
his hosting service. </div>

<div>I think it’s quite possible this person is watching this, so I’m hesitant to say more on-list.</div>
