Actually some networks already are harvesting full text.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><span style="vertical-align: baseline;" id="docs-internal-guid-3ad7c428-b6e3-6065-3fe4-29c595330a2e" class="">Fundamental to our vision is that there is distribution of the control of </span><span style="vertical-align: baseline;" class="">scholarly resources</span><span style="vertical-align: baseline;" class=""> (pre-prints, post-prints, research data, supporting software, etc.).
