I am glad that a member of elsevier reacts to my claim. Clearly for your project in Africa, is it possible for you to respect these following conditions:</p>
<p dir="ltr">- free APC journal<br>
- the green éditorial policy of DOAJ<br>
- embargo periods of no more than 6 months. </p>
<p dir="ltr">In the post cited before, Elsevier wants to help Africa by making the research more visible, but if african authors have to pay, you will not resolve the problem because, I can publish my work in elsevier journals in the world since I have money to pay charges. </p>
<p dir="ltr">So it is more just, I want to say for cognitive justice make difference in Africa, and you can do it. </p>
<p dir="ltr">My holiday will be peaceful and relaxing, the day that you will consider these conditions for your African Journal. </p>
