I see much confusion among the publishers I examine and analyze. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:Consolas;color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:Consolas;color:#1F497D'>The two biggest problems I see are 1). Contradictory licensing statements, such as the one shown below, and 2).
