Just a quick note:<div><br></div><div>Wiley have sent out a press release today to announce that they have changed the licensing conditions of their &#39;WileyOpenAccess&#39; branded journals. <a href="http://eu.wiley.com/WileyCDA/PressRelease/pressReleaseId-104537.html">http://eu.wiley.com/WileyCDA/PressRelease/pressReleaseId-104537.html</a></div>
<div><br></div><div>They have now adopted <span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">the Creative Commons Attribution (</span><a href="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/" style="color:rgb(102,102,102);text-decoration:none;font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">CC-BY</a><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">) licence.</span></div>
<div><br></div><div>I and many others have repeatedly pointed out that the label &#39;WileyOpenAccess&#39; doesn&#39;t fit the CC BY-NC license they were previously using. So this is a small but welcome victory for common sense and Open Access.</div>
