And, as you are aware, from early 2013 Wellcome will be requiring that when we fund an APC that article must be published under the CC-BY licence.<br></blockquote><div><br>Absolutely - and I support you 110% and I know that author compliance is awful and I know you (and I) are angry about this and that we need measures to detect non-compliance. I am keen to help provide tools that will detect non-compliance because without drastic action (which you and I support) it will continue.<br>
