[GOAL] Creating an Open Data Dashboard with Europe PMC APIs

Dear all,

For those of you interested in visualising open access publishing 
practices at your institution, the Claude Moore Health Sciences Library 
at the University of Virginia has created an Open Data Dashboard 
<http://blog.europepmc.org/2021/10/UoVEPMCAPIcasestudy.html> using 
Europe PMC RESTful API. The dashboard shows the proportion of open 
access versus subscription-only articles published by affiliated 
authors, with a visualisation provided through the Python Sweetviz
