[GOAL] Technical problem with the GOAL mailing list

Dear All,

 

I became aware of an issue yesterday in which list members are being told
that their account has been disabled as a result of an excess of bounces. I
do not know why it is doing this and have asked the IT people at the
University of Southampton (where the server is based) to look into the
matter for me.
