Dear Mrs Gibson,

Why use a proprietary tool to speak about open-source to open-access
advocates ! There are plenty of excellent FLOSS [1] videoconference
tools, and amonsgt the proprietary ones zoom is probably the worst with
respect to the users, their privacy and the GDPR
